This position is ideal for an organized professional experienced in managing private company equity programs who enjoys working collaboratively across finance, legal, human resources, and payroll departments. Responsibilities include maintaining cap tables, coordinating transaction workflows, reconciling records, and supporting audits or valuations. The position offers a base salary range between $145,000 and $160,000, in addition to bonus and equity opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Manage cap tables and equity award records within Carta for grants, vesting, exercises, cancellations, and departures
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, human resources, payroll, and leadership on grant approvals and transaction workflows
  • Reconcile equity platform records against approved grants, payroll, and accounting data to investigate and resolve variances
  • Assist with equity reporting, valuations, audits, board materials, and related corporate needs
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding equity awards and transactions using discretion and judgment
  • Develop and sustain administrative procedures, internal controls, and scaling processes
  • Incorporate AI utilities for routine drafting, research, and review while maintaining data confidentiality

Requirements

  • Familiarity with stock options, equity awards, employee lifecycle events, and private company reporting needs
  • Background reconciling equity data against payroll, accounting, and transaction records
