This role is well-suited for an autonomous, self-directed professional who possesses deep familiarity with the Cavite region, particularly within Silang, Dasmarinas, and Tagaytay. The chosen candidate will spend time traveling regularly through key Cavite corridors and national highways to conduct competitive analysis, pitch potential partners, and execute promotional activations. The position combines independent field-based responsibilities with the flexibility to manage tasks remotely while coordinating closely with leadership.

Responsibilities
- Identify, pitch, and secure 20 net new monthly partners across community hubs, fuel stations, commercial establishments, and schools in Silang, Dasmarinas, and Tagaytay
- Manage end-to-end execution of promotional marketing activations, encompassing booking station setups, flyer distribution, and collateral logistics across 6 to 10 priority locations per cycle
- Perform routine price scans and competitive route evaluations along major national highways and Cavite corridors
- Deliver localized insights and actionable disruption concepts to support Gross Merchandise Value and unique booker targets
- Comply with established company procedures and policies
- Meet or exceed key performance objectives set by the immediate supervisor
- Handle additional associated tasks and projects as required
Requirements
- Ability to conduct client-facing presentations and secure partnership agreements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools including Sheets, Docs, and Drive for coordination and field reporting
- High level of independence and self-direction in a field-based role requiring minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel frequently within Cavite province, specifically Tagaytay, Silang, and Dasmarinas
- Extensive knowledge of Cavite Province
