Job Description
ElevenLabs is an artificial intelligence research and product company creating voice, audio, and content platforms utilized by millions of users and thousands of businesses. The organization operates globally with a remote-first setup allowing work from anywhere in Europe for candidates able to operate within CET time zones, alongside office availability in Warsaw and London. The finance team is lean, managing operations across more than ten legal entities and forty countries using a technology stack centered on NetSuite, Stripe, Ramp, Deel, HiBob, Pigment, BigQuery, and dbt.
As the Finance Systems Lead, you will take ownership of the financial technology stack from architecture and integrations to controls and vendor management. This position functions as a builder role rather than a standard support queue. You will manage NetSuite end-to-end, oversee integrations between financial platforms and data warehouses, drive the selection and deployment of new systems like usage-based billing and equity administration, and establish the financial infrastructure for new corporate entities. Working alongside automation and data teams, you will leverage AI tools such as Claude Code or Cursor to build automated workflows for accounting requests, invoice coding, and payroll reconciliations.
This opportunity is suited for experienced professionals with a deep technical understanding of financial systems, multi-entity ERP administration, and automated workflow design who want to shape accounting infrastructure and financial readiness during a period of growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage NetSuite end to end, including multi-subsidiary setup, chart of accounts, scripting, workflows, release management, and role-based segregation of duties
- Own the integration layer connecting Stripe, Ramp, Deel, and HiBob into NetSuite and into the warehouse to ensure automated month-end reconciliations
- Lead the selection and rollout of new systems such as usage-based billing and equity administration platforms
- Handle the finance system setup for every new corporate entity
- Build AI-driven automations and agents alongside the Automations and Data teams for invoice coding, people-cost reconciliations, and accounting requests
- Serve as the systems voice in finance decisions regarding new pricing models, new geographies, and audit readiness
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience administering a multi-entity NetSuite OneWorld instance independently
- Practical knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteQL, saved searches, roles, and releases
- Prior ownership of an ERP or billing implementation or migration end to end
- Understanding of how Stripe data flows into the ERP and into revenue recognition
- Ability to build integrations using iPaaS or code that include reconciliation and alerting features
- Proficiency in SQL
- Solid understanding of Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash processes and associated controls
- Ability to work effectively with accountants, engineers, and auditors
- Familiarity with AI-first workflows using tools such as Claude Code or Cursor
Qualifications
- Experience with Ramp, Pigment, Metronome, or alternative usage-billing platforms
- Familiarity with Deel or HiBob
- Experience with n8n, dbt, or BigQuery
- Prior work with SOX or ITGC controls at a pre-IPO or public company
Core Skills
Benefits
- Annual discretionary professional development stipend
- Annual discretionary social travel stipend to meet with colleagues
- Annual team offsite in international locations
- Monthly co-working stipend for individuals located away from main hubs
