  • Evaluate flagged customer cases to determine whether to conduct further fact-finding or release plans
  • Provide technical assistance and coaching to financial guides regarding the boundary between advice and guidance
  • Collaborate with paraplanners who prepare cases and draft suitability content

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of UK pensions, ISAs, investment products, and their tax treatments
  • Experience providing customer advice, ideally covering retirement and accumulation cases
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills capable of translating technical recommendations for non-expert clients
  • Comfort operating within technology-driven, data-oriented, and structured advice frameworks
  • Strong awareness of Consumer Duty principles and a commitment to positive customer outcomes

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (QCF Level 4), either completed or nearing completion within an agreed timeframe
  • Pension transfer or drawdown qualifications such as AF7 or equivalent
  • Prior experience working in a digital or scaled-advice setting
  • Background working alongside paraplanners or within a case-preparation model

  • Company pension scheme
  • Company bonus scheme
  • Home office furniture allowance
  • Personal annual learning and development budget
  • Private Medical Insurance
  • Health cash plan providing cashback on everyday healthcare like dental and opticians
