This role suits driven individuals who want to take complete ownership of a new fintech startup. The position includes a personalized developmental program created by unicorn founders, focusing on goal, energy, and time management. Participants work directly with mentors to refine their product until achieving product-market fit, develop sales and marketing operations, and prepare for major fundraising rounds.
EWOR GmbH provides support through a network of over fifty thousand professionals to help with talent acquisition and team building. Individuals chosen for this initiative receive weekly one-on-one coaching and sparring sessions with successful unicorn founders. The program is structured to help founders rapidly develop their companies, attract substantial investments, and scale operations internationally.
Responsibilities
- Manage, construct, and operate a newly formed fintech startup
- Undergo a personalized personal development program overseen by unicorn founders
- Refine product features collaboratively until achieving product-market fit
- Establish and grow a sales organization or marketing operation
- Participate in intensive coaching sessions to prepare the business for large-scale funding rounds
