This full-time, fully remote role suits ambitious entrepreneurs who want to take complete ownership of starting a new company. Participants engage in a customized personal development program focused on goal, time, and energy management, while receiving direct mentorship from unicorn founders.
The position involves developing the product until product-market-fit is achieved, establishing marketing and sales operations, and preparing the enterprise to secure significant venture capital funding. EWOR assists fellows with recruitment through a vast network of over 50,000 professionals and provides ongoing strategic coaching throughout the startup journey.
Responsibilities
- Build, own, and operate a startup focused on Industrial Tech
- Participate in a customized personal development program centered on goal, time, and energy management
- Collaborate with mentors to iterate the product and achieve product-market-fit
- Establish and scale a marketing machine or sales force
- Work with the team to prepare the startup for multi-million euro funding rounds
