Nango is seeking a founding Forward Deployed Engineer to join its team of fourteen. Backed by Y Combinator and serving over 700 paying clients such as ServiceNow, Ramp, and Replit, Nango provides infrastructure that enables applications and AI agents to connect with user-dependent APIs. This full-stack position combines technical implementation with extensive client engagement.
The role centers on partnering with users through evaluations, production rollouts, and ongoing development. The position requires daily direct communication through video calls, Slack channels, and collaborative coding sessions. - Possess five years or more of professional full-stack engineering experience
- Demonstrate advanced English communication proficiency for both writing and verbal discussions
- Bring expertise in troubleshooting APIs, third-party integrations, and production environments
- Handle diverse client priorities simultaneously with reliable follow-through
- Reside in North America or Europe
