Operating remotely from Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, or the United Kingdom, this role supports a company known for its interactive form builder used by over 150,000 businesses. The platform processes 500 million responses annually and integrates with popular tools like Slack, Hubspot, and Zapier.
In this position, you will function as a full-cycle Talent Acquisition Partner within a compact and autonomous talent team. The work involves managing between eight and twelve concurrent searches spanning commercial, technical, and business functions. The ideal professional thrives in rapid and ambiguous settings, takes strong ownership of their work, and focuses on maintaining elevated hiring standards while delivering positive candidate interactions.
This opportunity is well-suited for an experienced recruiter who enjoys full ownership of the hiring lifecycle, from intake meetings through to closing candidates. You will collaborate directly with hiring managers to establish role criteria, source passive talent globally, and ensure structured evaluation processes. Responsibilities
- Manage 8 to 12 simultaneous active searches across commercial, business, and technical areas
- Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines by actively sourcing passive talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to set role scope, success metrics, and hiring strategy
- Execute structured recruitment processes from initial intake to final job offers
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders to maintain process momentum
- Provide a positive candidate experience while upholding consistent hiring standards
- Secure candidate commitment by establishing trust and alignment on long-term fit
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience working as a full-cycle recruiter within a technology or global SaaS organization
- Experience hiring for both technical and business positions
- Proficiency in sourcing, engaging, and converting passive candidates
- Ability to manage stakeholders and drive structured hiring decisions
- High level of autonomy and ownership to operate swiftly with minimal direction
