This remote position involves working on an assignment basis as an independent training professional to conduct instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training courses.
The role centers on facilitating interactive learning environments, administering examinations and workshops, and ensuring compliance with accreditation guidelines and company methodologies. The ideal candidate maintains deep technical knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 13485 and ISO 7101, adheres to ethical and impartiality standards, and handles necessary course administration including reports and attendance records.

Responsibilities
- Deliver virtual and in-person instructor-led training courses for assigned standards including ISO 13485 and ISO 7101
- Prepare for teaching assignments by reviewing course outlines, materials, and specific client requirements
- Facilitate inclusive, engaging learning sessions that encourage active participant involvement
- Conduct student assessments, examinations, workshops, and practical learning activities
- Utilize approved learning technologies and materials while maintaining course integrity
- Complete course documentation, expense claims, attendance tracking, and post-session reports accurately
- Participate in calibration sessions, quality reviews, standardisation activities, and coaching
- Collaborate with training operations to deliver an optimal experience before, during, and after courses
Requirements
- Proficiency in Dutch or German
- Maintain current technical knowledge of assigned regulations, standards, and industry best practices
- Comply with company policies, safeguarding principles, information security, health and safety regulations, and impartiality guidelines
- Possess relevant professional competencies and certifications needed to deliver assigned coursework
