The organization is currently seeking a Frontend Engineer for its Design Systems team on an on-site basis. This position focuses on Design Foundations, where the selected candidate will help shape shared patterns, components, and tools that enable product teams to build consistent software.

Responsibilities include connecting design intent with working software, improving interface quality and accessibility, and leveraging AI coding tools to explore development approaches. Responsibilities
- Build shared components and patterns in React and TypeScript for use across different product experiences
- Partner with designers and product engineers to align design intent with functional software
- Evolve components and tokens across both Figma and code using feedback from real product work
- Enhance the accessibility, visual quality, and reliable behavior of user interfaces
- Help product teams adopt shared patterns by improving documentation, examples, and workflows
- Utilize AI tools to test approaches, evaluate generated code, and integrate useful methodologies back into the team
Requirements
- Experience with React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Ability to explain technical decisions behind written code
- Care for visual craft, user experience, and interface accessibility
- Hands-on fluency with AI coding tools, including the ability to evaluate and verify generated code
- Ownership and communication skills to follow through on tasks, ask for help, and apply feedback
