Brafton, a global content marketing agency offering result-focused strategies that drive SEO, social engagement, and lead generation, seeks a full-time Videographer. The company maintains offices in Boston, London, Toronto, and Sydney. This role suits an organized and highly creative individual who can focus on executing all phases of video production. The Videographer will handle both in-house and on-location shoots while collaborating closely with a producer. This position is remote and open to applicants residing in the Boston area, with the choice to utilize a shared office space located in downtown Boston.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality video productions on schedule
- Maintain a positive and creative environment
- Produce and film in-house and on-location video content
- Develop storyboards for narrative projects
- Direct and coach voice talent as well as on-screen performers
- Perform maintenance on video gear at the Quincy, Massachusetts equipment facility
- Travel frequently, ranging from 30% to 60% of the time
- Stay informed on current trends and developments in the video production industry
- Promote the Video Department internally across the company
Requirements
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the entire production workflow, covering camera work, audio capture, and lighting
- Possess exceptional editing and videography abilities along with talent direction experience
- Operate Canon C200 cameras or comparable equipment, handle 3-point lighting setups, and manage audio recording and mixing
- Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro, Media Encoder, and Audition proficiently
- Apply Lumetri color correction techniques
- Execute green-screen studio and on-location projects with a thorough grasp of related workflows
- Multitask, prioritize tasks, adapt quickly under pressure, and think on your feet
- Hold a valid driver license and maintain the ability to rent a car
- Submit an online demo reel or portfolio with the application
Qualifications
- Possess a formal degree in film or video production, cinematography, or equivalent professional experience
- Bring experience using Adobe After Effects
- Have familiarity with AI generations for video and voice-overs
