This full-time role leads monitoring, evaluation and learning across Uganda, Nigeria and DRC, while owning the systems that let the global MEL team produce consistent evidence. The manager directly supervises three country MEL leads and oversees survey design, analysis and reporting to global standards.

Responsibilities
- Oversee MEL work spanning Uganda, Nigeria and DRC, and review team analysis and reports
- Manage three country MEL leads on goals, reviews and career development
- Own team processes, SOPs, project tools and knowledge management
- Run onboarding and training and represent MEL in global forums
Requirements
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative methods, including RCTs, propensity-score matching and difference-in-differences
- Working fluency in Stata and in R
- Experience leading people spread across borders and time zones, mostly from a distance
Qualifications
- Project management and change-management skill for rolling out systems and tools
- Ability to document and organise knowledge so a distributed team can reuse work
