This full-time hybrid project management role in Manila focuses on global finance transformation work, including shared services integration, ERP and Oracle implementations, and automation. The project manager plans, runs and closes projects on time and within budget, leads cross-functional teams and manages risks. The role involves up to 30 percent travel and supports PMO maturity.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, plans and success criteria, and select the right methodology for each project.
- Lead cross-functional teams, monitor performance and report updates to executives.
- Manage project budgets, resources, risks and issues, and escalate when needed.
- Support change management and build PM standards that grow PMO maturity.
Requirements
- At least five years in project or program management, with a record of on-time, on-budget delivery.
- A finance background with exposure to finance transformation initiatives.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and with PM tools such as MS Project or Jira.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree, with an MBA or master's degree preferred.
- PMP, Prince2 or Agile certification is preferred.
- Experience in multinational or large matrixed organizations.
