Responsibilities
- Manage forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning, and optimization across a global customer operations network supporting upwards of 4,000 agents
- Design staffing models balancing service objectives, member demand, financial targets, and employee experience
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Analytics, and Vendor Management to align workforce strategies with business growth
- Track performance metrics, spot emerging risks or opportunities, and propose staffing updates to better operational outcomes
- Build and refine processes to boost forecast precision, scheduling effectiveness, and operational efficiency
- Promote emerging workforce technologies, automation, and AI to enhance scalability and data-driven decision making
- Coach, manage, and cultivate a high-performing workforce team centered on accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Minimum of seven years of workforce management experience within large-scale customer operations settings
- At least three years of people leadership background showing a history of developing, coaching, and retaining high-performing teams
- Extensive expertise in capacity planning, forecasting, real-time management, scheduling, and analytics that yield tangible business results
- Background supporting complex multi-geography, multi-channel operations that involve outsourced vendor partners
- Advanced analytical capabilities with a history of converting workforce data into practical insights for executive and operational stakeholders
- Proven success guiding process improvements and cross-functional efforts that enhance service delivery and performance
- Familiarity with leveraging predictive analytics, automation, AI, and workforce tech to modernize practices
