Responsibilities
- Manage design projects for two to three country portfolios from concept to delivery
- Review briefs and recommend design approaches suited to each audience
- Act as the first point of contact for design on assigned portfolios, aligning stakeholders on deliverables and timelines
- Flag project risks early and suggest improvements to templates and workflows
Requirements
- Formal training in graphic design or a close discipline, or equivalent working experience
- Five-plus years working as a graphic designer, including running projects independently
- Advanced skills in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, with print production knowledge
Qualifications
- Foundational packaging design experience, from concept to production-ready artwork
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; Canva experience is an advantage
