Responsibilities
- Design and improve advanced credit card and financial models to enhance profitability and strategy

- Prepare business cases, run pilots, track implementation, and conduct post-launch assessments
- Build pricing and profitability models across sub-segments to maximize income

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial modelling, or related analytical fields
- Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience in financial planning and modelling within fintech, banking, or card services
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
- Proficiency in Excel, forecasting methods, and SQL
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities
Qualifications
- Master degree in a related field
- Experience with regional expansion and branch performance optimization
- Background in preparing business cases, supporting pilots, and conducting post-control assessments
- Familiarity with Python or R
