This role serves as a deep expertise position operating alongside customer-centric industry transformation sales teams and internal departments such as product, marketing, and customer success. The professional chosen for this position will localize insurance and related solutions for the financial services sector, acting as a key subject matter expert and primary point of contact for senior and C-suite stakeholders.
Ideal candidates possess a visionary yet objective mindset with extensive experience in the insurance sector. Responsibilities include driving customer-focused pipeline development, accelerating sales-oriented pipeline progression, executing partner strategies, analyzing business trends, and leading team strategy. The position requires an individual who can balance high-level, multi-year strategic planning with tactical execution tasks like tracking deal progress. The role also involves heavy collaboration with product teams to shape future releases and requires the ability to travel between fifty and seventy-five percent of the time.
Responsibilities
- Introduce and educate enterprise executives on ServiceNow solutions through industry events and executive business reviews
- Partner with account executives to advance customer pipelines by infusing insurance industry expertise into account strategies
- Collaborate with select key partners to drive industry leadership positioning, enablement, and customer development
- Analyze global insurance trends, metrics, and key performance indicators to influence behaviors and drive business results
- Work closely with product teams to define the roadmap for future insurance solutions and capabilities
- Develop integrated sector and geographic strategies encompassing goals, growth focus, and investments
Requirements
- More than ten years of professional experience with proven success guiding strategy, operations, and daily functions
- Strong knowledge and expertise within the insurance space, covering property and casualty retail, commercial, life and annuity, and brokerage
- Demonstrated pipeline management skills utilizing a consultative sales-cycle approach
- Proven history of meeting targets with a vision for sustained year-over-year growth in the insurance sector
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored for strategic, top-down delivery
- Ability to travel fifty to seventy-five percent of the time
Qualifications
- Experience integrating artificial intelligence into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving processes
