Job Description
Eleken is hiring a remote Head of Marketing to lead the marketing department and shape the growth strategy for a subscription-based UI/UX design agency focused on SaaS products. In this fully remote role, the successful candidate will operate with a high degree of autonomy, taking charge of marketing operations, managing the internal team, and driving business revenue without executing pre-packaged briefs.
This position is well-suited for an experienced marketing professional who thrives in ambiguous environments and relies heavily on data and funnel economics. The incoming leader will oversee a marketing team that includes content writers, an SEO specialist, and an SMM specialist, while reporting directly to the chief executive officer.
Eleken provides dedicated design teams integrated into client workflows to help businesses scale. The chosen marketing head will focus heavily on organic lead generation through SEO and content marketing, while also exploring new channels such as paid advertising, webinars, and account-based marketing where the economics make sense. Candidates who enjoy deep market research, analytical problem-solving, and managing the full conversion funnel from lead acquisition to contract will find this opportunity aligns with their skills.

- Research competitors, clients, the market, and internal company products to guide strategy
- Test, evaluate, and scale new lead acquisition channels including paid ads, webinars, and account-based marketing
- Engage technical specialists or business analysts as required to support initiative execution
- Deliver regular progress and results reports directly to the CEO
Requirements
- Approximately five years or more of general marketing experience

- Comfort working through ambiguity to solve open-ended problems independently
- Confident reading and writing proficiency in English
- Proven background utilizing SEO and content marketing as primary channels for lead generation
Qualifications
- Prior professional background within a B2B service agency of one hundred or more employees
- Experience in enterprise-segment marketing involving account-based marketing and large client funnels
- Familiarity working within design agencies or adjacent IT service firms
- Track record of launching or scaling alternative acquisition channels such as paid advertising, webinars, or LinkedIn ABM
- Knowledge of how search and SEO are changing due to artificial intelligence and large language models
