Evolve Digital GmbH seeks a Head of Operations Manager (m/w/d) to take full ownership of operational activities, drive company strategy from goals to daily execution, and act as a 100% remote team member. Evolve Digital GmbH functions as a comprehensive growth partner for electronic commerce brands across the DACH region, integrating artificial intelligence into all client services. In this position, the professional translates yearly and quarterly objectives into actionable steps, standard operating procedures, and key performance indicator dashboards while collaborating closely with leadership, team leads, and external partners. The individual will manage finance, human resources, administration, and efficiency projects while deploying tools like ClickUp, Make, n8n, and various artificial intelligence systems. This opportunity suits a candidate with agency or e-commerce background who excels at process optimization and operational leadership.
Responsibilities
- Translate annual and quarterly objectives into concrete measures, milestones, and standard operating procedures using an OKR system and regular check-ins
- Streamline core agency workflows and convert them into standard operating procedures and ClickUp workflows, using artificial intelligence to boost efficiency
- Develop and maintain key performance indicator dashboards while providing regular reporting to the executive management
- Manage finance, human resources, people operations, and administrative functions directly alongside leadership and external partners
- Implement new software tools including ClickUp, Make, n8n, and customer relationship management systems
- Drive efficiency initiatives and special projects independently through to execution
Requirements
- Experience in optimizing operational processes within an agency or e-commerce environment
- Practical background using ClickUp and automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, or n8n
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence applications such as ChatGPT or Gemini, utilizing prompt engineering for productivity gains
- Competency in handling key performance indicators, data analysis, and forecasts using Google Sheets or Excel
- Background in team leadership
- Fluent German language skills
