Job Description
Evolve Digital GmbH is a growth partner for e-commerce brands located in the DACH region, operating as a fully remote team focused heavily on artificial intelligence. The organization is currently establishing TikTok as a new distribution and revenue channel for its clients, and is looking for a TikTok Lead (m/w/d) to shape this business unit from the ground up. In this position, the professional will develop TikTok and TikTok Shop into profitable channels, manage client relationships directly, and define internal standards and procedures for the agency.
The role involves directing a group of content and paid specialists as well as freelancers, utilizing a creator CRM, and turning current trends into effective advertising concepts. This position suits an experienced individual with practical background in social media marketing, e-commerce, or influencer management who is ready to lead a growing department.
Responsibilities
- Develop TikTok and TikTok Shop into profitable revenue channels for e-commerce clients from initial launch to scaling
- Establish TikTok as a distinct business unit by designing internal workflows, standards, and agency practices
- Direct a team of content specialists, paid experts, and external freelancers to ensure consistent content output
- Communicate directly with clients to guide their entry and presence on TikTok Shop
- Build and manage a creator pool utilizing a creator CRM, alongside handling creator sourcing and briefing processes
- Translate emerging trends into engaging content and ad concepts
Requirements
- Proven practical background in e-commerce, influencer marketing, or social media marketing, ideally within an agency setting or client projects
- Hands-on experience in sourcing and negotiating with creators including rates, fees, and product fulfillment
- Ability to write converting hooks, scripts, and creative briefs
- Experience with data-driven evaluation of performance campaigns using ROAS, CPA, and creative testing
- Client communication experience and familiarity with CRM, project management, and AI software
- Very fluent German language skills and good English proficiency
