The organization is currently seeking a Head of Product to lead the transition into a new era focused on building reliable, trustworthy, and timely data products that financial institutions depend on to commit capital, assess risk, and enter new onchain markets.
In this leadership position, you will define product strategy for market data and institutional clients, manage the entire experience from data creation to delivery, and establish clear requirements regarding coverage, accuracy, consistency, and timeliness. You will partner closely with engineering, data, commercial, and marketing teams while reporting directly to the president. The ideal candidate cares deeply about markets, possesses a background in traditional or onchain finance, and can navigate financial jargon fluently. You must have startup experience, potentially as a former founder or operator, and excel at turning complex customer research, investment, trading, and operational needs into scalable product priorities.

Responsibilities
- Define product strategy for market data and institutional customers
- Determine which customer segments, problems, and products require attention
- Own the complete product experience spanning from data creation through delivery
- Establish clear criteria for data coverage, accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
- Translate research, investment, trading, and operational needs of financial institutions into clear product priorities
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to deliver reliable datasets, data feeds, and integrations
- Make explicit choices regarding product scope, quality, and delivery schedules
- Partner with sales and product marketing on customer evaluations, pricing, and adoption
- Define success metrics and use outcomes to drive product improvements or Sunsetting decisions
- Lead, develop, and mentor a product team focused on customer results
Requirements
- Background in traditional or onchain markets with fluency in financial jargon
- Startup experience, ideally as a former founder or operator
- Experience delivering technically complex data products relied upon by customers
- Knowledge of market data and how financial institutions evaluate, purchase, integrate, and use it
- Strong product judgment and the ability to make decisions with incomplete information
