Job Description
6sense is seeking a Head of Technology & Data Partnerships to direct its company-wide strategy for data, technology, platform, integration, and artificial intelligence alliances. Operating at an enterprise level, this remote leadership position functions as the executive owner of the broader technology and data partnership ecosystem rather than managing traditional channel or alliance sales. The person in this role will pinpoint high-impact collaborative opportunities to boost product differentiation, distribution, and overall innovation.
The successful executive will establish C-suite connections with cloud providers, data vendors, emerging AI ecosystems, and top technology platforms. Responsibilities include negotiating complex multi-year contracts covering intellectual property, product scope, data rights, exclusivity, economics, and governance. This leader will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to turn agreements into funded roadmaps and measurable customer adoption. Candidates should possess a background in building or scaling data, platform, technology, or product partnership capabilities, combined with enough technical fluency to address architecture, security, privacy, APIs, and AI.
Compensation for this full-time role includes a base salary between $195,000 and $270,000 per year, alongside potential bonus or commission plans, board-approved stock options, and health, life, and disability insurance. Additional offerings feature a 401(k) matching program, paid time off, paid holidays, and quarterly self-care days.

- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure strategic agreements translate into funded roadmaps and successful launches
- Establish governance, performance metrics, and operating models to scale the partnership capability
Requirements
- Experience building or materially scaling a technology, platform, product, or data partnership capability
- Technical fluency to engage on architecture, APIs, data rights, identity, security, privacy, and AI
