SGS is seeking a Health, Safety and Supply Chain Coordinator for a full-time position located in Davao. This professional plays a vital role in supporting Health, Safety and Environmental initiatives while managing procurement, inventory control, and supply chain operations. The position involves maintaining regulatory compliance, executing risk assessments, conducting incident investigations, and ensuring smooth resource planning to support uninterrupted laboratory and operational workflows.

Responsibilities
- Support the execution of Health, Safety and Environmental programs
- Oversee procurement, inventory control, and supplier coordination processes
- Monitor inventory key performance indicators including stock-outs, expiry, wastage, and months cover
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
- Collaborate across departments including Operations, Finance, Quality Assurance, and Procurement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety and Health, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Chemistry
- Between 1 and 3 years of professional experience in procurement, supply chain, inventory management, or HSE functions
- Practical background in demand forecasting, inventory planning, and stock optimization
- Familiarity with workplace safety, chemical handling, and waste management in industrial or laboratory contexts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
Qualifications
- Prior background working in industrial, service, or laboratory environments
- Completed training or certifications connected to ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or comparable HSE frameworks
