Figma is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join its team on a full-time basis in Austin. Figma provides a collaborative platform that supports teams through brainstorming, prototyping, translating designs into code, and AI iterations, streamlining workflows for real-time global cooperation. In this role, the professional will focus heavily on the Workday platform, specifically Core HCM configuration, reporting, security, EIBs, alerts, and notifications. The position requires balancing day-to-day administrative support with managing larger cross-functional projects across various modules such as Benefits, Advanced Comp, Payroll, Time Tracking, Performance, and Absence.

Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM features including business processes, validations, condition rules, alerts, and notifications
- Maintain user security roles and assignments while aligning access with security best practices and SOX compliance
- Handle the HRIS support ticket queue by diagnosing system problems, triaging requests, identifying root causes, and proposing process enhancements
- Manage end-to-end projects across multiple Workday modules like Payroll, Advanced Comp, Time Tracking, Benefits, Performance, or Absence
- Develop, troubleshoot, and update custom calculated fields, dashboards, and reports for operational and compliance requirements
- Create, run, and debug Enterprise Interface Builder integrations for mass updates, data imports and exports, and daily tasks
- Participate in Workday feature releases by analyzing new tools, executing tests, and suggesting adoption strategies
- Keep standard operating procedures, testing documentation, and configuration records current
Requirements
- Over 4 years of practical experience configuring Workday HCM business processes and managing security within a public organization
- Background in handling end-user support tickets and operating an HRIS support queue
- Demonstrated proficiency in creating, testing, and debugging Enterprise Interface Builder integrations along with standard and advanced Workday reporting
- Familiarity with employee lifecycle HR operations, paired with strong analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to balance various priorities in a team setting
