Job Description
Jumio is seeking an Identity Consultant to function as a customer-facing subject matter expert in fraud and identity management throughout the entire client lifecycle. Operating from remote locations in Austria or the United Kingdom, this full-time role involves collaborating with enterprise clients to build effective product implementation plans, assess risk profiles, and connect Jumio technology with business goals. The professional will direct the onboarding process, resolve operational and regulatory challenges, and accelerate time-to-value. Jumio specializes in B2B technology aimed at eliminating digital identity fraud and financial crimes using artificial intelligence, machine learning, biometrics, and automation.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with new and existing clients to assess risk profiles and formulate customized fraud strategies
- Offer expert advice regarding risk reduction, user friction management, and verification workflow enhancement
- Design standardized identity workflows within the Jumio product suited for various industry verticals
- Identify and resolve technical, regulatory, or policy obstacles to ensure smooth deployment and rapid time-to-value
- Educate customer risk and fraud departments on emerging fraud trends and industry best practices
- Confirm that client integrations meet Jumio best practices and verify the completion of implementation milestones
- Manage go-live preparation, readiness assessments, and launch execution
Requirements
- Professional background in fraud, identity, AML/KYC, digital risk, or a related sector
- Direct customer-facing experience in consulting, technical account management, solutions, professional services, product, or implementation
- Consultative, analytical, and strategic capabilities focused on risk strategy and workflow design
- Project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional groups including Product, Engineering, and Legal/Compliance
- Ability to communicate complex technical fraud concepts clearly to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Background working with identity verification, fraud, compliance, fintech, or enterprise software solutions
- Technical familiarity with APIs, integrations, SaaS platforms, or implementation frameworks
- Project management certification or equivalent practical experience
- Experience managing global enterprise clients
