Fieldguide is looking for an Implementation Consultant, EMEA to join its remote team. Operating as a remote-first company based in San Francisco, Fieldguide develops automation software for assurance and audit practitioners specializing in financial audit, privacy, and cybersecurity. Backed by prominent investors such as Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Y Combinator, the company aims to establish trust in global commerce by streamlining audit workloads.
In this founding role for the EMEA region, the Implementation Consultant will serve as a core member of the go-to-market team, reporting directly to the Director of Implementation. The professional will deliver the Fieldguide Accelerator onboarding program to new clients, aiming to drive platform adoption and maximize return on investment. Responsibilities include establishing engagement cadences, defining implementation plans, mitigating success risks, cultivating customer advocates, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal departments including Product, Design, Engineering, and Sales.
This position is well-suited for professionals with a background in risk advisory, technology risk engagements, technology consulting, or customer onboarding. Candidates should demonstrate project management capabilities, executive presence, and a proactive attitude toward managing multiple client projects independently.
Responsibilities
- Maintain regular engagement cadences with clients through all implementation phases from sales handoff to value realization
- Create and update implementation plans outlining customer goals, required activities, and progress reviews
- Cultivate customer champions and expand their knowledge of the Fieldguide platform
- Advocate for customer needs internally by communicating with Engineering, Product, Design, Sales, and Customer Enablement teams
- Identify success risks proactively and formulate decisive action plans to mitigate them
- Document customer case studies, success metrics, and new use cases to measure the value provided by Fieldguide
Requirements
- At least two years of experience delivering risk advisory or technology risk engagements, such as SOC 1 or 2, ISO 27001, PCI, HIPAA, or NIST assessments, or three years in technology consulting, customer onboarding, or implementation at a top management consulting firm or high-growth startup
- Demonstrated consulting skills to help complex organizations succeed and drive business value
- Project management proficiency with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple clients, projects, and requests autonomously
- Executive presence and effective communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams
- Bias towards action and the ability to take full ownership of projects from start to finish
