Job Description
This Implementation Manager role is listed as remote in the United States. It focuses on rolling out the Moveworks platform, an agentic AI assistant that lets staff ask questions in everyday language and complete tasks across their company's software. The aim is to finish each project on time and within budget while reaching the goals the customer set.
The position suits an experienced project leader who has run enterprise software implementations, ideally in SaaS environments. Many engagements include a services partner, so the manager sets governance rules, manages scope and budget, handles risk and staffing, reports progress and keeps stakeholders supportive. The manager acts as the customer's main point of contact and works to close gaps between where the project stands and the agreed plan.
Beyond delivery, the role helps customers design, assemble and go live with agent-based workflows that produce business value. It also includes guiding teams through change so people adopt the new tools, collaborating with Sales, partners and Customer Success Managers, and passing field observations to the Product organization. Travel of up to 25 percent of the time may be needed.
Moveworks is owned by ServiceNow, which bought it in December 2025. The employer combines ServiceNow's workflow automation with Moveworks' reasoning technology and natural language abilities to create a single entry point to work across business systems.
