ShipHawk, a company that builds warehouse and transportation management software, is hiring a full-time Implementation Project Manager for its WMS and TMS products. The role is remote within the United States. The manager leads customer implementations from kickoff through go-live and acts as the main point of contact for each customer.
The job means running several implementations at the same time: building plans for each project, with timelines, milestones and deliverables, managing dependencies and risks, and leading kickoff meetings and status updates. The manager also works with implementation engineers, product staff and other internal teams on system setup, data loading, integration links, validation and launch readiness.
Applicants should bring three-plus years of SaaS rollout work, technical project management or client-facing software delivery, plus experience handling several complex rollouts at once. Strong organization, clear written and verbal communication, and comfort with technical topics such as software configuration, data workflows and integrations are also required. Responsibilities
- Lead several WMS and TMS implementations at once, from kickoff to go-live
- Draft each project's plan, timeline, milestones and deliverables
- Serve as the primary customer contact and run kickoff and status meetings
- Identify risks and dependencies early and clear blockers
- Coordinate engineers, product staff and other teams on configuration, testing and integrations
- Keep project documentation and task tracking accurate and current
- Suggest improvements to implementation processes and customer experience
Requirements
- Three-plus years of SaaS rollout work, technical project management or client-facing software delivery
- Experience managing multiple complex customer implementations at the same time
- Skilled at planning, ranking priorities, managing risk and coordinating stakeholders
- Clear written and verbal communication, including leading customer meetings
- Comfort with software configuration, data workflows and integrations
Qualifications
- Experience with WMS, TMS, ERP or other supply chain technology
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, fulfillment, inventory, shipping or logistics
- Background in APIs, EDI connections, system integration or moving data between systems
- Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Jira or Monday.com
- PMP, CSM or other project management certification
