This full-time, on-site manufacturing role at Bosch Rexroth India focuses on productivity, quality and lean improvement for hydraulic components. The engineer uses lean tools to cut rework and rejection, runs time and motion studies, applies PFMEA and control plans, and supports ISO and QHSE compliance.
Responsibilities
- Drive productivity and reduce rework and rejection using lean tools.
- Carry out time and motion studies and cycle-time analysis, and improve layout and material flow.
- Implement PFMEA, control plans and risk mitigation actions.
- Prepare daily and weekly production plans, and support ISO compliance and QHSE audits.
Requirements
- B.E. Mechanical with 3 to 6 years of experience.
- Knowledge of hydraulic components, circuits and general arrangement drawings.
- Experience with hydraulic testing and customer inspection.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with problem-solving tools such as 8D, 5 Why, fishbone and PDCA, and with lean, 5S and Kaizen.
