Bosch seeks a Business Analyst for Product Controlling in Bengaluru to manage business planning, cost administration, and financial evaluations for the organization. This position involves coordinating plant performance information across multiple functions, analyzing cost measures, and executing early warning signals to track variances between actual results and forecasts. The professional will handle SAP data management, cost roll-outs, and master data maintenance, while also driving automation projects to improve process efficiency and business continuity. Ideal candidates will participate in capital budget evaluations utilizing payback criteria, internal rate of return, and net present value.
Responsibilities
- Finalize business plans, LtPC, and LtPM according to targets set by the business unit and product lines
- Coordinate cross-functional information to administer plant performance based on business plans and current forecasts
- Calculate cost estimates for running and new parts in response to inquiries from sales, PRM, and business units
- Identify root causes and analyze deviations between actual financial performance and the established plan
- Execute cost roll-outs, update master data structures, and stabilize processes within the SAP system
- Manage SAP developments and steer automation initiatives to reduce manual tasks and boost operational efficiency
- Evaluate capital budget proposals using NPV, IRR, and payback criteria to support financial decision-making
Requirements
- Qualified CA or CMA
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience
