This full-time, on-site maintenance role at Bosch covers ABS and ESP production equipment in the assembly and deburring areas. The manager plans preventive and predictive maintenance, controls spare parts, improves equipment effectiveness and drives Industry 4.0 and data analytics projects, while developing team members' skills.
Responsibilities
- Keep ABS and ESP production equipment running by reducing technical downtime and improving OEE.
- Plan and schedule preventive and predictive maintenance, and manage spare-part availability.
- Lead CNC and SPM line installation and commissioning, and capacity projects such as cycle-time reduction.
- Drive Industry 4.0, digitization and data analytics projects, and ensure safety and 5S compliance.
Requirements
- 6 to 12 years of experience.
- Knowledge of CNC and SPM machine electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- PLC and CNC programming experience, and knowledge of multi-axis servo and vision systems.
- Leadership skills, including staffing, competency management and team building.
Qualifications
- A B.E. in Electronics or Mechatronics.
