Bosch seeks an Assistant Manager or Senior Engineer for Project Management to handle component project management tasks for the GI Business Unit within India, focusing on PIC E projects and work packages. This position is based on-site in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will drive project execution through various stages, ranging from the post-acquisition development phase all through to the series release phase, while also handling manufacturing relocation activities.
Responsibilities
- Collect project data to help facilitate customer project acquisition
- Drive the seamless execution of projects from development through series release
- Manage manufacturing relocation topics
- Define project charters and align with stakeholders to close open topics and secure risk release
- Maintain systematic documentation based on project requirements and lead or participate in audits
- Escalate project deviations and risks, coordinating mitigation plans with the cross-functional team
- Report financial impacts and secure management decisions and approvals
- Monitor project efforts and budgets while coordinating with the team leader for necessary decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automobile engineering
- 0 to 3 years of experience in project management execution

- MBA degree
