KnowBe4 is seeking an Information Security Analyst to join its team on a remote basis within the United Kingdom. In this role, the professional will safeguard corporate and client data through continuous threat monitoring, incident response, and the implementation of protective controls. The selected candidate will help maintain the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of information assets, networks, and services while supporting platforms that require UK SC Clearance.

Responsibilities
- Respond to security alerts generated by information security monitoring systems
- Escalate security alerts that need deeper investigation
- Build new security dashboards and alerts
- Perform threat hunting activities across security log feeds
- Draft internal security policies, playbooks, and procedures
- Monitor, investigate, and handle security incidents
- Conduct root cause analysis for identified vulnerabilities and incidents
- Perform penetration testing and security reviews across company products and services
- Run vulnerability scans and triage findings across company offerings
- Track network activity and alterations to detect potential threats
Requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge of information security concepts and best practices
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure, application security, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities
- Excellent time management and organizational capabilities
Qualifications
- Possession of security certifications such as Security+, GSEC, CompTIA CySA+, or Cisco Cyber Ops
- Experience utilizing SIEM tools, log observability platforms, Azure, AWS, and other security applications
- Bachelor degree in information technology or a related field
- Experience using security testing tools and scripts
- Familiarity with AI tools like Claude Code for data analysis and application development
- Familiarity with Microsoft Sentinel and Elasticsearch
- Familiarity with SaaS application concepts including API management, logging, access control, and secure configuration
- Familiarity with Docker and containerization
- Knowledge of secure IT SaaS application implementation
- Familiarity with the OWASP Top 10 and MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Knowledge of operating systems including ChromeOS, Linux, Mac, and Windows
- Ability to navigate the Linux command line
