Sutherland's Learning Design and Experience team in Manila is hiring an Instructional Designer to manage the learning lifecycle, from needs analysis and curriculum design to training evaluation. The role covers classroom, virtual, self-paced and e-learning formats and expects use of generative AI tools to speed up drafting while keeping quality accountable.
Responsibilities
- Build curriculum maps, lesson plans, facilitator guides and assessments
- Work with subject matter experts to validate content
- Run train-the-trainer sessions and confirm training readiness
- Evaluate learning effectiveness using Kirkpatrick's four levels
Requirements
- At least 2 years in learning and development focused on curriculum design
- At least 1 year in customer service, technical support or a BPO environment
- Experience applying ADDIE and SAM methodologies
Qualifications
- Experience with Rise 360, Storyline or similar authoring tools
- Exposure to LMS and virtual platforms such as Teams or Zoom
- ATD or CPTD certification is a plus
