The trainer designs and revises training materials, runs multi-week new-hire and blended training, facilitates floor and BQM sessions, and coaches learners during nesting. Responsibilities
- Create, facilitate and revise training materials and documents
- Run new-hire, floor and BQM training programs
- Supervise and coach learners during nesting
- Oversee new-hire progression and enhancement training
Requirements
- 2-3 years as a collections agent and 1-2 years as a collections trainer in a contact center
- Willingness to work a shifting or graveyard schedule
- Strong English verbal and written communication
Qualifications
- Education or communication degree preferred
- Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
