National Cranes & Equipments is hiring an Internal Sales Representative to work on-site in Harare. This full-time position suits a competitive, results-oriented sales professional who thrives on closing deals and meeting performance goals. The person in this role will drive revenue growth by promoting heavy equipment rentals, crane hire, and technical services.
The chosen candidate will manage incoming customer inquiries, process sales orders, generate price quotes, and aggressively pursue conversion opportunities. Additional tasks involve overcoming customer objections, spotting upselling potential, nurturing client relationships, and coordinating operations with the finance, workshop, and logistics teams. Responsibilities
- Manage sales orders, price quotes, and customer inquiries
- Pursue pending price quotes to convert customer inquiries into completed business
- Maintain accurate client records while delivering customer service
- Collaborate internally with the finance, workshop, and logistics departments
- Achieve or surpass established sales performance metrics
Requirements
- Minimum of four years of prior background in internal sales
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and computer use
- Strong communication capabilities and telephone etiquette
Qualifications
- Higher National Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing
- Degree in Logistics
- Technical qualification as an Artisan
- Degree or diploma in a related discipline
- Class 4 Drivers licence
