Job Description
Power Digital Marketing is an AI-native growth firm that leverages its proprietary technology, including the Omega AI operating system and Iris intelligence layer, along with human expertise to assist emerging and established brands with business expansion. The company is currently seeking an IT Project Manager to act as the Chief Technology Officer's operating partner.
In this fully remote position, the selected professional will manage the rhythm of the technology organization by handling tracking across product, security, and IT initiatives. This role is designed for someone who can absorb operational duties from the CTO, allowing executive leadership to concentrate on strategic planning. Key functions involve maintaining a central source of truth for all projects, overseeing the meeting schedule, tracking budgets, and coordinating vendors.
Ideal candidates will bring a proactive approach to communication, a strong ability to chase commitments respectfully, and the capability to operate across multiple time zones with a distributed team. The individual will leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem and employ artificial intelligence technologies to refine business processes. Power Digital is an equal opportunity employer that values a diverse workforce composed of individuals with varying backgrounds and experiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage the technology portfolio by maintaining a single source of truth for product, IT, and security initiatives with status, owners, dates, risks, and decisions.
- Run the departmental operating cadence, including meeting agendas, action-item tracking, contract renewal calendars, budget monitoring, and executive reporting preparation.
- Alleviate the CTO's operational workload through vendor coordination, hiring logistics with the talent department, procurement follow-ups, and cross-department documentation.
- Drive follow-through across teams by surfacing blockers early, escalating issues with recommendations, and closing the loop with stakeholders.
- Utilize artificial intelligence technologies and the Nova ecosystem to optimize business processes.
- Deliver a weekly technology status report every Friday and a monthly executive summary by the third business day.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in project management, program management, technology operations, or acting as a chief of staff supporting a senior technology leader.
- Demonstrated track record of managing multi-workstream programs using a work-management tool.
- Strong written English proficiency capable of converting complex updates into executive status reports or decision memos.
- Working familiarity with procurement workflows, vendor contracts, renewals, and budget management.
- Sufficient technical literacy to track software, security, and IT tasks credibly and ask appropriate questions.
- Advanced spoken and written English communication skills at a C1 level or higher.
- Availability during United States business hours and capacity for after-hours availability on short notice.
Qualifications
- Fluency in managing business operations utilizing modern agentic tools such as Claude Cowork and Grok Bot.
