Job Description

The position operates on a full-time B2B contract model through ITFS, featuring standard working hours with a flexible arrival window between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. This hybrid role requires spending three days each week working from the office located in Wrocław. The initial agreement spans twelve months with potential for extension. The hiring procedure consists of an initial phone screening with a Bee Talents recruiter, followed by a technical discussion and a final business conversation with client representatives.

Responsibilities

Design and build software solutions utilizing Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
Develop applications incorporating Apache Kafka and Azure services
Work with relational databases to maintain system reliability and code quality
Collaborate with international technology teams to translate business needs into global implementations

Requirements

Minimum of five to six years of commercial experience working as a Java Developer
Very strong command of Java alongside practical expertise in Spring and Spring Boot frameworks
Hands-on background with microservices architecture, REST APIs, and message queue systems like Apache Kafka
Practical familiarity with Docker for containerization
Experience managing relational databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL
Professional proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level for cross-border team communication

Qualifications

Familiarity with Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm
Working knowledge of GitLab
Prior background within the banking industry
Proficiency in Polish
