Job Description

WorkMotion is hiring a Junior Account Executive for the UK and Ireland. The company offers workforce solutions that help ambitious businesses hire, onboard and manage people across borders. The role is full-time and remote, working within about two hours either side of CET. Starting pay is listed as 40,000 euros on-target earnings per year, gross, split 60 percent base and 40 percent bonus, depending on location, skills and experience.

This junior sales role suits a top performer who will run the complete process across the UK and Ireland, from initial contact to a hire that is fully onboarded. The approach is advisory: the account executive asks follow-up questions to learn when, why and how quickly a business is recruiting and what compliance risk it faces. The role also involves giving the HR sponsor the financial and legal arguments that leadership expects, building momentum in deals through negotiation, and creating a personal pipeline together with business development representatives aimed at the largest opportunities in the territory.

Candidates need experience as a BDR or SDR in B2B SaaS, or in another target-driven, customer-facing role, and should have led discovery conversations through to a signed deal. Cold outreach is part of the work. The posting asks for an AI-savvy, organized approach that keeps HubSpot or a similar CRM current, and for native-level English. Coachability is valued, and the posting expects feedback to be acted on quickly. Experience with HR tech, payroll, employer-of-record or other compliance-heavy products, first closes, and creative ways to reach hiring managers are listed as bonus points.

The sales team has 26 people across the EMEA region, including BDRs, account executives, team leads and specialists in CRM, sales enablement and campaigns. Benefits include a WorkFlex program for working from anywhere, a well-being day, subsidized gym memberships, a training and development allowance and an annual team meetup. Benefits vary by location because of local laws.

  • Give HR sponsors the business case that finance, legal and leadership need
