The company is seeking a remote Junior Data Specialist based in the Philippines to serve as the accuracy backbone for standard website builds. In this full-time role, the incumbent will ingest and verify scraped, client-provided, and MLS-fed content into the content management system to deliver complete, correct, and compliant site foundations before the design phase. This position suits individuals possessing meticulous proofreading habits, strong written English skills, and high technical aptitude.
Responsibilities
- Review and validate all data for accuracy and completeness prior to submission or approval
- Cross-reference names, titles, contact information, addresses, statistics, awards, and credentials against authoritative sources
- Inspect website content for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting accuracy across agent profiles, neighborhood pages, blogs, developments, and testimonials
- Populate and maintain agent profiles with biographies, headshots, social media links, email addresses, phone numbers, license numbers, and image alt text
- Maintain accurate property listings through MLS synchronization, manual image uploads, and functional links
- Ensure neighborhood and development pages feature correct descriptions, headings, hyperlinks, and map boundaries
- Organize blogs and press content chronologically, remove duplicate testimonials, and update client logos
- Implement compliance requirements including state disclosures, licensing data, Realtor trademark usage, and required license numbers
- Verify that detail pages maintain full responsiveness, visual consistency, and easy navigation across mobile and tablet devices
- Manage assigned tasks efficiently to meet handling-time expectations and keep accurate status records
- Complete self-quality assurance protocols before handing work over to the quality assurance team
- Flag recurring data errors, missing documentation, or feed issues to team leadership early
Requirements
- Must be a Philippine resident
- Must be willing to work during graveyard hours
- Must own a laptop or desktop computer
- Must possess a valid government-issued ID
- Must have an existing bank account or be willing to open one if hired
- Must maintain a stable internet connection of at least 100 mbps with a back-up connection
- Must live in an area with a stable power supply free from constant outages
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong cross-referencing habits
- Strong written English proficiency including spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Familiarity with Google searching and Google Apps
Qualifications
