Luxury Presence is seeking a Junior Media Specialist to manage visual assets for client websites on a contract basis. In this remote position, the specialist handles brand and market research, curates cohesive imagery, produces compliant logos, and prepares complete asset packages for internal teams without requiring further handoffs. Training is provided for this role.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, possesses a strong design sense, and pays meticulous attention to detail. Applicants must currently reside in the Philippines and be prepared to work graveyard shifts spanning nine hours a day, five days weekly, which includes a one-hour meal break.
Responsibilities
- Collect information from social media and brokerage profiles to help curate image folders
- Source stock imagery following standard operating procedures
- Manage and label internal collections within the image library
- Locate and verify client and brokerage logos against compliance requirements
- Format web-ready logo variants in light, dark, transparent, favicon, and specific dimensions
- Build standard lockups for clients and brokerages
- Combine images and logos into a single asset package for delivery
- Report complex logo rebuilding tasks or unclear compliance rules
Requirements
- Reside currently in the Philippines
- Available for graveyard shifts 5 days a week, 9 hours per day including a one-hour meal break
