accesa.eu is seeking a Junior Product Owner with German to join their team on a full-time, remote basis. In this position, the selected professional will operate within a core banking project, connecting business needs with IT execution.

The professional will handle functional testing, maintain the product roadmap, and help train and mentor other product owners within the organization. Responsibilities
- Identify, comprehend, and document business needs for a core banking initiative
- Facilitate communication between business and IT stakeholders within a mixed cross-functional team
- Document functional and non-functional requirements alongside entity-relationship and activity diagrams
- Organize and prioritize the product backlog by writing and estimating user stories alongside developers
- Shape and manage the product roadmap by proposing implementation schedules and aligning with business objectives
- Execute functional testing tasks
- Coach, train, and mentor other Product Owners to scale knowledge across the organization
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar position
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Demonstrated experience interacting with clients and managing stakeholders
