Luxury Presence is hiring a Junior Quality Specialist for an entry-level contract position. This on-site role is designed for individuals seeking to build technical quality assurance skills, design judgment, and attention to detail. The Specialist will support the quality assurance process by reviewing websites for accuracy, visual consistency, and functionality before client delivery. Candidates will evaluate sites against established guidelines, document issues, and collaborate with production teams and senior specialists to ensure high standards.
Responsibilities
- Review websites for completeness, functionality, content accuracy, responsiveness, and design consistency utilizing checklists
- Identify and document missing content, formatting errors, broken links, and compliance concerns
- Verify that websites match client branding requirements and design frameworks
- Flag visual inconsistencies regarding typography, imagery, spacing, colors, and layout presentation
- Deliver clear and actionable written feedback to Website Builders and Data Specialists
- Coordinate with senior Quality Specialists and production teams to resolve issues
- Share recurring observations and insights to help improve workflows and product quality
- Research basic design and quality assurance issues with internal tools, SOPs, and resources
Requirements
- Current residency in the Philippines
- Willingness to work 9 hours a day, 5 days a week during graveyard hours, including a one-hour meal break
- Ownership of a laptop or desktop computer
- Possession of a valid government ID
- An existing bank account or the willingness to open one upon hire
- A stable internet connection of at least 100 mbps along with a backup connection
- Residency in an area with a stable power supply free from frequent outages
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot missing information and errors
- Clear written communication skills for providing respectful and organized feedback
- Process-oriented mindset with comfort in following standard operating procedures and QA checklists
Qualifications
- 0 to 1 years of experience in quality control, website QA, web design, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of responsive design, website functionality, and UX/UI principles
- Familiarity with design platforms, QA tools, or website editors
