Luxury Presence is hiring an Online Support Representative for a contract position. The company develops an artificial intelligence growth platform serving the real estate industry, backed by investors like Bessemer Venture Partners. In this role, you will help clients resolve issues, execute website requests, explain product features, and build the company reputation for dependable customer support.
This position requires a candidate currently living in the Philippines who can work graveyard shifts spanning five days a week and nine hours per day, inclusive of a one-hour meal break. Applicants must supply their own computer, possess a valid government identification, maintain an active bank account, and have a reliable internet speed of at least 100 mbps alongside a backup connection in an area with a stable power supply.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer questions and solve inquiries accurately through Salesforce chat and email
- Identify client needs and explain how to utilize specific product functionalities
- Investigate product issues by testing various user scenarios or replicating bugs
- Send regular email updates to clients regarding their support cases
- Escalate technical problems to the Product Team
- Communicate effective workarounds and feature requests to internal colleagues
- Collect user feedback and pass it along to the Product, Sales, and Marketing departments
- Help train junior Customer Support Specialists and assist teammates
Requirements
- Current resident of the Philippines
- Willingness to work graveyard shifts, 5 days per week, 9 hours per day including a one-hour meal break
- Ownership of a personal laptop or desktop computer
- Possession of a valid government-issued ID
- An existing bank account or willingness to open one upon hire
- Stable internet connection of at least 100 mbps with a backup connection
- Residence in a location with a stable power supply free from frequent outages
