This role entails creating performance-focused real estate websites using the proprietary Presence Platform and established templates. Ideal candidates possess a strong eye for detail, technical aptitude, and basic familiarity with design tools or block-based builders. Responsibilities
- Execute full website builds utilizing standard frameworks on the Presence Platform to ensure responsive and visually engaging designs
- Apply cohesive typography and color palettes within established templates to accurately reflect each client's brand
- Review all project briefs and intake notes thoroughly prior to initiating any design work
- Translate client guidance and discovery materials into functional websites that support lead generation and user engagement
- Perform rigorous self-checks against internal verification checklists before handing off projects
- Verify compliance with MLS and IDX display rules, brokerage branding guidelines, and state disclosures
- Implement search engine optimization fundamentals, such as link mapping and meta-data optimization
- Manage assigned delivery timelines, meet handling time targets for drafts and revisions, and maintain accurate task statuses
- Escalate blockers, platform bugs, and out-of-scope requests promptly to the Team Lead
- Communicate workload risks ahead of deadlines and respond to instructions within the same business day
Requirements
- Possess foundational knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JSON, with a willingness to build proficiency rapidly
- Demonstrate comfort using Google Apps
- Be a current resident of the Philippines
- Commit to working graveyard shifts, five days a week, nine hours per day which includes a one-hour meal break
- Own a personal desktop computer or laptop
- Possess a valid government ID
- Maintain an existing bank account or be willing to open one upon hire
- Have a stable internet connection of at least 100 mbps along with a backup connection
- Reside in an area with a stable power supply free from constant outages
Qualifications
- Little to no prior professional website-building experience
- Prior exposure to block-based builders like Webflow or Squarespace
- Fresh graduate status with a strong technical aptitude and portfolio
