NewRocket is seeking a Lead AI/ML Engineer to join its India team and support a major global client in a remote capacity. As an AI-first Elite ServiceNow Partner, NewRocket combines human-centered design and enterprise-grade AI to help organizations scale and navigate change. In this full-time role, the professional will build, release, and sustain machine learning models and artificial intelligence applications.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in practical artificial intelligence applications, advanced programming abilities, and experience across cloud environments, big data platforms, and modern data management systems. This position suits individuals skilled in developing predictive analytics, natural language processing solutions, and automated systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models focused on predictive analytics, classification, and clustering
- Implement artificial intelligence solutions using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
- Utilize cloud platforms including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud
- Integrate and fine-tune Hugging Face transformer models for natural language processing tasks like text classification, summarization, and sentiment analysis
- Build artificial intelligence automation tools, including chatbots via Microsoft Teams and Azure AI
- Process large-scale data and analytics utilizing big data technologies like Apache Spark and Snowflake
- Design and optimize extract, transform, load pipelines for data quality management and transformation
- Manage databases and queries using SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
- Produce interactive data visualizations with Tableau and Power BI
- Work with large language models for conversational artificial intelligence, text generation, and summarization
- Build and implement agentic artificial intelligence systems for real-time autonomous decision-making
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience applying artificial intelligence to practical business problems
- Strong programming proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience utilizing machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Familiarity with basic algorithms along with object-oriented and functional design principles
- Proficiency in data analytics libraries including Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Seaborn
- Hands-on practice with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
- Background in big data processing using Apache Spark and Snowflake
- Knowledge of natural language processing and model implementations via Hugging Face and cloud services
- Understanding of database management, query optimization, and data modeling
- Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
