NewRocket is hiring a remote ServiceNow Solution Architect - SPM for its India team. As a global and full-service Elite ServiceNow partner, NewRocket assists enterprise leaders with solving business challenges. This role involves working on a large, global ServiceNow implementation project.
The position suits a professional with consulting and IT services experience who can guide software engineering personnel while utilizing ServiceNow SPM capabilities. The role requires leading teams, managing customer expectations within project timelines, and organizing delivery plans.
Responsibilities
- Manage team organization, communication, and development in alignment with delivery goals
- Help team members maintain high performance and encourage inter-team collaboration
- Achieve positive results within established client timelines and budgets
- Lead and facilitate client workshops to gather and document business requirements
- Work alongside Delivery Management to build plans based on customer needs and financial constraints
- Explore industry trends and product enhancements
- Provide software engineers with implementation blueprints and requirements
Requirements
- Possess 8 to 12 years of background in IT services and consulting projects involving ServiceNow
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of ServiceNow SPM modules
- Understand architecture principles for cloud platforms alongside business architecture experience
- Support large-scale client programs regarding integration and support
- Communicate effectively through strong verbal and written skills
- Demonstrate leadership capabilities with experience coaching and mentoring teams
- Solve complex problems by simplifying difficult situations
- Maintain customer satisfaction and work effectively in a matrixed organization amid ambiguity and change
Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or possess equivalent work experience
- Obtain a Certified System Administrator certification
- Earn relevant ServiceNow Workflow Domain certifications
