Job Description
RTS is a culture company built for enthusiasts, working where gaming, creators, and brands meet. Its work spans live events, branded content, talent management, community building, and intellectual property. Its Evo brand, the Evolution Championship Series, has produced fighting game tournament conventions for more than 20 years. This remote-first Lead Event Producer leads the operational side of Evo's flagship live events, linking the product, marketing, event operations, broadcast, and business development teams from early concept through on-site delivery. The role reports to Evo's General Manager and sits within the Evo Product and Community group.
The producer builds and governs the master event timeline, lining up go-to-market marketing schedules, feature launches, stage construction, and broadcast milestones. When requirements change, the producer receives the request, weighs the effect on broadcast, operations, and budget, and spots bottlenecks well before event dates. The role converts partner agreements, such as game publisher showcases and regional partnerships, into workable cross-team plans and verifies that contracted partner inventory appears on site and on stream. The producer watches the event budget and works with Finance to reconcile final production costs against the original baseline. During events, the producer directs escalations and coordination across departments, and afterward runs post-mortems that improve the event delivery playbook.
