Bosch is seeking a Lead SAP O2C (SD) Consultant for a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru. This role functions as the SAP ECC (R/3) Module Owner, heading the order-to-cash team to deliver continuous development business requirements. The position suits an experienced functional specialist with deep knowledge in SAP O2C and SD processes who can manage requirements from analysis through deployment.
The chosen professional will coordinate O2C requirements with process experts, translate needs into Agile user stories and technical specifications, and collaborate with cross-functional areas such as finance, materials management, and logistics execution. Responsibilities include handling business and change requests, driving digital transformation projects involving automation and AI-led improvements, managing project risks and dependencies, and guiding global teams.
While the role primarily focuses on SAP ECC, future opportunities may involve working with SAP S/4HANA technologies. Candidates must possess significant experience across rollout and support projects, combined with strong interface integration capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage SAP ECC R/3 O2C continuous development requirements from initial analysis to final solution deployment
- Define scalable process concepts and deployment strategies in coordination with process experts
- Translate high-level business needs into detailed Agile user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications
- Coordinate technical developments with functional and development teams for end-to-end deployment
- Work alongside cross-functional processes including finance, materials management, logistics execution, and integration areas
- Handle interface setups such as EDI, webservices, and RFC integration mechanisms
- Manage business requests and change requests development while aligning with technical feasibility and priorities
- Drive digital transformation initiatives such as automation, analytics, and AI-led improvements
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations to maintain business continuity
- Collaborate with the IT Product Owner during sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews
- Lead, guide, and motivate team members while fostering a learning-driven culture
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of SAP O2C and SD experience spanning rollout and support projects
- End-to-end SAP O2C and SD configuration expertise covering ordering, pricing, shipping, and billing
- Working experience in SAP ECC R/3, S/4 HANA, and custom developments
- Experience with EDI and IDoc interface design and related integration mechanisms
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in engineering, IT, or a related field, and/or an MBA or MCA degree
- SAP O2C certifications
- Agile certifications
