Playson seeks a proactive Middle/Senior Legal Counsel to join its legal team in a remote position. The successful candidate will handle corporate structures, commercial contracts, compliance implementation, and everyday legal operations across multiple jurisdictions. Responsibilities
- Establish corporate legal frameworks for various projects
- Provide legal guidance and support for company operations
- Draft and review commercial agreements, internal policies, and legal documentation
- Research and analyze potential legal exposure across operational jurisdictions
- Help implement compliance measures in areas such as data protection, marketing, payments, and consumer rights
- Manage daily legal tasks and project operations
- Liaise with business partners, external law firms, and service providers internationally
Requirements
- Proficiency in Ukrainian
- Fluent English including legal drafting capabilities
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience
- At least 2 years of experience within the iGaming sector
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under pressure
